Who We Are

Over the past decade Well Trodden Path has been providing fitness training, massage therapies, running and wellbeing breaks to people who live in the North Dorset area. We walk the walk. We run the trails, cycle endurance races, open water swim, lift weights, get injured and recover. We meditate and coach clients on how to move through barriers and make positive changes to improve their health. We believe in growing; as individuals, as a partnership, a family, a business...and we believe in giving our clients the means to grow too, by delivering a much more complete approach to wellness.

We will continue to offer 1:1 personal training services and soft tissue massage therapies locally but will also be providing online wellness coaching starting towards the end of February 2022.
